Logo Contest Rules
The Georgetown Fire Department is looking for help in developing this year’s logo for our annual Santa Tour. Each year the Georgetown Fire Department has a year-specific logo which is placed on sweatshirts proudly worn by participants during the Santa Tour.
If you’d like to participate and develop a logo, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:
- All entrants must be enrolled in the Georgetown School System OR must live in Georgetown with a valid Georgetown address. Students through grade 12 are eligible.
- Each entrant must fill out the 2024 logo contest application which can be obtained from the Georgetown Fire Department Website. The application must be submitted with the artwork.
- All logos should be family-friendly
- Be Creative! Our only requests are that the logo incorporates the year 2024, as part of it. It can also incorporate GTFD Santa Tour, Santa Tours the Town or whatever you think will make a great logo. An example is below.
- The logo can have no more than 4 colors total.
- Hand-drawn and digital submissions will be accepted. Digital submissions must be submitted in .jpg format
- All submitters (under 18) must have their parents signed permission, and the GTFD retains the right to use the winning logo for all our purposes.
- The winning logo will be determined by the GTFD Santa Tour Committee and all decisions will be final.
Winners will receive:
- First Place
- Winning logo will be used on the GTFD Santa Tour sweatshirts, Facebook page, promotional materials and other swag!
- An official GTFD Santa Tour Sweatshirt
- $100 gift card
- An official GTFD Santa Tour Sweatshirt
- $50 gift card

Third Place
- Official GTFD Santa Tour Sweatshirt
- $25 gift card
Hand drawn artwork can be dropped off at Georgetown Fire Department Headquarters between 6am and 9pm, 47 Central Street.
