Mark Your Calendars for the Erie 4-Mile Run & Breakfast!

Join us for this inaugural 4 Mile RUN in Georgetown, MA with an all you can eat pancake breakfast immediately to follow. There will be a variety of raffle prizes, giveaways and a door prize raffle eligible for those that are pre-registered by September 24. This event benefits the Erie 4 Fire Association.

Location: Penn Brook School, 68 Elm St, Georgetown, MA

Date & Time: Saturday October 14 — 7 a.m. Start (5:30 a.m. registration and packet pickup will open)

Cost:
$35 (+$15 on race day)
Youth (15 and under): $20
Kids FUN Run (7 and under): $5
Breakfast ONLY: Adults:$8/Kids:$5

Swag: Participants pre-registered 9/24 are guaranteed a custom, cozy long sleeve shirt.

Course: The course will start and finish at the Penn Brook School. It is an out and back 2 mile route, with an opportunity for water/Gatorade at the turn around on Pingree Farm Road. The course is a mix of flat surfaces and rolling hills and the 98% of the course will take place on quiet, back roads.

Kids FUN Run: Kids 7 and under are welcome to participate in a pre-race FUN run. This will take place on the back fields, at the end of the run, once the last finisher has crossed, around 8:15 a.m. The kids fun run includes the pancake breakfast, but doesn’t include an event shirt.

Awards:
Top M/F will win FREE pair of sneakers
Top M/F in each of the following age groups: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Breakfast Details: All registetered participants will have a complimentary all you can eat pancake breakfast immedialty following the race inside the Penn Brook School. Breakfast will include pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages, and a coffee/juice bar. Spouses, children or friends that are not participating in the run, but wish to participate in the pancake breakfast will have an opportunity to purchase tickets just for the breakfast. Adults: $8 and Kids(Under 15): $5 You can purchase these addl. breakfast tickets when registering for the event or they can be purchased at the breakfast the morning of the event.

Beneficiary: ERIE FIRE ASSOCIATION NO.4, INC. (www.erie4.org) “Warm Hearts – Willing Hands”. The membership of Erie 4 is made up of volunteers from the local community. Erie 4 is the Oldest Privately Owned Fire Company in the United States. Erie 4 was formed in the year 1854 for the purpose of protecting property from fire in the so-called Byfield District of Georgetown and Newbury, Massachusetts.

Parking: On site at Penn Brook School. Follow event parking signs.

Weather: This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of a weather related race cancellation, the pancake breakfast will take place from 7am-11am.

Race Fee Refunds: We do not offer refunds for events.
